Book and pay for a trip

1. Choose how to pay

Some trips let you pay in instalments. This means smaller payments on set dates. Choose Pay in instalments or Pay in full. How instalments work.
Tick your child, then tap Go to payment.

The first instalment is paid now. The dates and amounts of the next payments are shown before you pay.
2. Pay on the secure card page

Next you see the card payment page of our payment provider. It is a secure page. It is not part of the school website.
Type your card number, the expiry date and the 3-digit security code from the back of your card. Then confirm the payment.
Your bank may ask you to approve the payment. This can be in your banking app, or with a code sent by text message.
Then you come back to BMA Pay automatically. The school never sees your full card number.

Do not press the back button or close the page while you pay. If the page stops, wait a minute before you try again, so that you do not pay twice.
3. Payment received

You see Payment received and we email you a receipt.
Your child now has a place on the trip.
4. See your child’s trips

Tap My child’s trips. You see each trip, what you have paid and the dates of any payments left.

The pictures come from a test account. Your names, dates and prices will be different.
