Sign up for a club

1. 1. Find a club

   Tap Clubs at the top of the page. Or go to clubs.bmapay.org.

   Scroll to Clubs this term. Tap Sport, Arts, Music, Academic or Other to see one type of club.

   Each club shows the day, the time, the year groups and the places left. Tap Sign up.

   

2. 2. Sign up and pay

   Read the club details.

   Tick each child you want to sign up. Tap Go to payment, or Add to basket.

   Some clubs ask a few questions before you can sign up. Answer them for each child first.

   

3. 3. Pay on the secure card page

   Next you see the card payment page of our payment provider. It is a secure page. It is not part of the school website.

   Type your card number, the expiry date and the 3-digit security code from the back of your card. Then confirm the payment.

   Your bank may ask you to approve the payment. This can be in your banking app, or with a code sent by text message.

   Then you come back to BMA Pay automatically. The school never sees your full card number.

   Do not press the back button or close the page while you pay. If the page stops, wait a minute before you try again, so that you do not pay twice.

4. 4. See your child’s clubs

   Tap My child’s clubs. You see each club your child is in and the receipt.

   

The pictures come from a test account. Your names, dates and prices will be different.

  See your child’s attendance, and get the deposit back or give it to the club.
