How waiting lists work
Joining is free, places are offered in order, and an offer is held for you.
Joining
When a trip, club, event or shop item is full, you can join its waiting list. It is free. It does not promise you a place.
See Join a waiting list.
When a place becomes free
A place becomes free when someone does not finish paying, gets a refund, or when the school adds places.
We offer free places in the order people joined, and email the person we offer it to.
Your offer
We hold the place for you for 48 hours. You only pay if you book.
If you do not book in that time, the place goes to the next person.
You can leave a waiting list at any time.
